I’ve done the same routine but after emailing simplex, they say the bitcoin cash was selected. However, i didn’t choose a BCH. There is actually no option for me to change BTC to BCH and I only changed from euro to usd.
Our address is belong to online transaction platform, we're not able to operate it in wallet app, such as "Exodus version 1.39.1", what we can do is just buy or sell BTC on the websitE...
Is my money lost and how did this error occur? I want to be able to use bitcoin.com.
