Based on what you've stated, you sent BCH to a BCH address that is identical to the BTC address.

Check the address (the BTC address) that you sent to and you should see your Bitcoin Cash. You can search here: https://explorer.bitcoin.com/bch

The keys are the same on both chains (so it's possible to recover you coins).

Please contact support at remitano.com (I believe they have live chat and an email address).

Tell them what you've done (i.e., sent BCH to the BTC address).

Hi, it looks like the BCH at that address (31x9QNDKWDmYcUrJsndECW7trLQauVJGP3) was sent to another addresses on May 24th:

explorer.bitcoin.com/bch/address/31x9QNDKWDmYcUrJsndECW7trLQauVJGP3

I'm not sure how the Remitano exchange is structured (e.g., maybe they pool all funds together or maybe they use cold storage or maybe something else, I have no idea) or if a withdraw was made.
