ledger nano s frozen

Help!

My ledger nano s is frozen after several try's to update the
firmware. Now, directly after plugging it to my PC a small symbol
appears for less then 1 second, then an arrow down
symbol and the word 'update' appear (all on the device).
The nothing happens. The device never asks for the
passphrase, so I can never log in.

Can somebody help me? Every help is highly appreciated!

I do not have much knowledge about it but I would like to say that if you do not have any solution of a problem then Google is the best place to search about it. Maybe your answer is hidden in its database! Am I right?
