American SEC sanctions PlexCoin scam mastermind

Fri May 11, 2018 7:57 am

On May 3, the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) notified the Eastern District of New York that the defendant Lacroix did not make a timely response on April 30 deadline and once again violated court orders. The SEC stated that PlexCoin planner Dominic Labrina and Paradis-Royer did not respond promptly to the trial. The content of the trial was about the defendant’s email address, social media accounts, and an electronic database containing PlexCoin investor information.

The SEC asked defendant Lacroix to immediately appear in New York to testify and plan to impose new sanctions on the defendant. In March this year, the SEC applied for relevant sanctions. In the indictment, the SEC said it had taken urgent action to ban Lacroix and his partner Paradis-Royer from further misappropriating investors funds and illegally raised funds by selling unregistered securities “PlexCoin“.

Since August 2017, the defendant has already obtained 15 million U.S. dollars from thousands of investors through false propaganda. The two illegally used funds and also participated in other fraudulent activities and had been issued a ban. News base on fxshell.
