On May 3, the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) notified the Eastern District of New York that the defendant Lacroix did not make a timely response on April 30 deadline and once again violated court orders. The SEC stated that PlexCoin planner Dominic Labrina and Paradis-Royer did not respond promptly to the trial.
