Top wallets slow confirmation times?

I just came across this post about block confirmations (https://blog.bitaccess.co/block-confirmation-myth/) saying wallets take 23 minutes to confirm! Is this right? What wallet do you use for fastest confirmation?

I just came across this post about block confirmations (https://blog.bitaccess.co/block-confirmation-myth/) saying wallets take 23 minutes to confirm! Is this right? What wallet do you use for fastest confirmation?

The majority of outside transactions take 50 minutes to complete. Internal transactions with-in a wallet-service are automatic. However, it really depends on the risk of the transaction and the amount.

Transactions that take 4 hours to complete are most often ones with a low txfee.

Don't be discouraged on wait times, people, out of frustration due to error - make it sound way worst than it is.
