Bitcoin all inclusive store/outlets. An idea open for discussion. Could a person (corporation) open one for profit and sell Bitcoin merchandise legally in the States?

There is nothing stopping you from being able to sell Bitcoin merchandise from a retail outlet, in the US.Bitcoin all inclusive store/outlets. An idea open for discussion. Could a person (corporation) open one for profit and sell Bitcoin merchandise legally in the States?

If you do run into any grey areas, incorporate in a State that is open-arms to Bitcoin. Usually, adhering to regulations is as simple as crossing t's and dotting i's on paperwork.
As always, pay up to a grand for an hour of an attorneys time - it is well worth it.
If you are running a version of Bitcoin Core, stop using it. Upgrade to Bitcoin Unlimited or Classic immediately.
