It’s an open peer-to-peer marketplace, where people can list ads and communicate with potential sellers or buyers. It allows the direct trade of bitcoin between people, without having to go through an exchange and everything it implies. It is currently used in 248 countries; you just need to create an account and can then proceed to find the right counterparty for you, depending on its accepted payment method, ID verification requirements and location.
