DopeCoin was started on February 14th, 2014 as a scrypt POW coin with 575 million coins in total, block size 475 DOPE and halving once a year. In autumn of 2014 due to many community suggestions coin characteristics have been changed, so DOPE turned into a hybrid POW/POS coin with a short POW period and 10% POS. Current coin specifications are:
Total: 200,000,000 DOPE
Algo: POSV3
POS Interest: ~5 % annual
Block Time: 90 seconds
We have wallets for three operation systems: Windows, Linux and Mac. Mobile Android wallet will be in works. You can also use a paper wallet as safe cold storage for your coins.
