I like this quote:

“Every 25 seconds a shopper somewhere in the world was spending bitcoin at a BitPay merchant.”

So they have 1/25th of a transaction per second, on average. I think the blocks are full with 2 tx per second (It is claimed to hold 7 tx per second, but I don't see that when looking at the data). That means that bitpay fills 2% of the blocks.

The hashrate had an insane rise last difficulty correction! Almost scary!

I wonder how much people are spending on mining now even though they know the halving is upon us, this is looking really, really good for the bitcoin price in the future.
