My understanding is that theymos has helped bitcoin greatly in the past before this nonsense with censorship. Have you met him Roger, and been able to ask about his stance re censorship the last year?

This censorship really is a disservice to everyone in /r/bitcoin. For it will be the members of that community that will be on the losing side of a fork if and when the fork happens.

The mods there alone should take the heat for this.

Let's see if Core's statements on communication have any value and see if they will denounce this censorship.

I agree that we should all try to reach out to as many people as we can - through any channels needed - to get the message out.

I have never met Theymos, I have only read about him and what he has written.

His actions are that of an egomaniac of whom is too high on his own pedestal. He does not have what it takes to maintain the position that he controls.

I can assure you, he is bad for Bitcoin, following him will lead you to disaster.

If you place RogerV and Theymos side-by-side, you can easily point out the better opponent. This is the type of leader that is required for Bitcoin, one of whom works with the people and listens to them.

In the beginning, Theymos was good for Bitcoin. Over the years however, he has crashed and burned.

Exactly. I'm sure he had good intentions and such action made sense in his head. But he's got carried away and he's not even trying to make any sense anymore.

Here's the example from btctalk, 2 identical topics about Bitcoin Classic, 1st one was critical, therefore allowed on main board. 2nd one is continuation of the first (after it was locked) but was moved to altcoin section since OP was pro-Classic:
