Simplex is ruining Bitcoin.com experience for first time visitors and buyerrs

I am a first time buyer at bitcoin.com
I bought about 250$ bitcoin and Simplex took too long to process my order then the BTC price went up and they declined my order due to the BTC price going up.
Now cause they put a order on my card the bank is with holding my money till they send a letter saying they wont process.

They refuse to fax the letter. after the bank sent them precise instructions on what to do on a letterhead,
only replying:
sorry for your inconvenience but we will not charge and cant help you further.
In the mean time the BTC value goes up and i cant invest. i am EXTREMELY disappointed in Simplex and will never recommend them to anyone and i will never use their bull service ever (if you can call it service) it is 2 days Later!

This reflects really badly on bitcoin.com aswell as now i have no way to use them to buy BTC


Seems Luno app is the one to stick with

been 4 months i did not receive my bitcoin! What should i do??? bitcoin.com tells me to talk to simplex and simplex tells me to talk to my wallet support because they said the bitcoin was delivered! 4 MONTHS!

If Simplex have sent you an email confirming that your bitcoins have been sent then please contact our support team and provide a copy of the email for us.
The email should show what address the coins were sent to.

If you are using the Bitcoin.com wallet then you may have mistakenly provided a BCH address to receive the BTC or vise-versa.

It would not take Simplex 4 months to send bitcoins.

Please contact our support team on: wallet@bitcoin.com and attention the email to myself, i will personally look into this matter for you.
