buying $100 vs $1000 is more better?

Lets just pretend I am an idiot.
I know that owning 2 shares of stock increases (or decreases) twice as fast.
but if I buy $100 of bitcoin and sit on it, the value will go up or down, for instance right now I have $107 in my account.

If I had bought $1000 of bitcoin would I have $1007 in my account? or what?
