Despite the widespread popularization of AI technology, there are a number of infrastructural issues for a better and more rapid development of AI and a deeper integration into everyday life. For example, the high cost associated with the development of AI models and the lack of IT infrastructure.
Pallium is focused on solving these issues using properties of blockchain technology and its distributed registry data. Pallium’s capabilities are based on the agent-oriented approach of examining the capabilities of machine learning and artificial intelligence.
Intelligent agents
Pallium’s functional unit is an intellectual agent. In abstract, agents are isolated entities with a decision-making system and the ability to interact with each other and the outside world within instructions. They also have their own “account” in the form of Spike tokens (the platform’s internal crypto currency)

The concept of agents expands the practice of standard accounts in the blockchain and allows agents to act autonomously without human intervention, in accordance with the smart contract (the agent’s decision-making system).
Within the platform, the user is also an agent in relation to other agents. In a philosophical sense -in our ecosystem-, the machine is equated with a person, although, from a practical point of view, this is a bold statement.
Transactions
Transactions are means of communication between agents. Transactions are used to transfer “values” (spike tokens) from one agent to another, as well as recalling functions of a contract.

All transactions are collected into the block and are sent to miners. The transaction execution changes the agent’s state, and in turn, the global state.
PLMT tokens release strategy
The token release will take place on the Ethereum platform via a smart contract (standard ERC20 open source). Since our company aims to protect the interests of our investors, the token sale will be conducted in several stages.
ICO Structure
The currency of Pallium’s ecosystem is called Spike, and will be released on the Myelin blockchain. Upon completion of the token sale, owners of PLMT tokens will be able to exchange them for Spike tokens on a 1:1 ratio for the use of the ecosystem’s services. The exchange will be available through smart contracts at any point in time, and upon exchanging PLMT tokens to Spike tokens, PLMT tokens will be burnt.
PLMT Price
During the ICO stage, buyers are offered 25% of the total number of Spike tokens, while miners will generate the remaining 75% in the prescribed manner. The release of Spike tokens is limited to 1,000,000,000 tokens.
