How to move Bitcoin Wallets

I have two Bitcoin wallet, because I was playing around with BitCoin.
Now I want to move my BitCoins from one Wallet to another. So that I have all Bitcoin stored in One wallet.

How is it possible to do this without fee?

I use Electrum, if you need this to know.

You can dump the private keys from first wallet and import them to second wallet

Since you called yourself a novice I would recommend you just send the bitcoin from one wallet to the other and pay the network fee.

Current fees are pennies. Why should this be a problem? Just send them to your other wallet.

I do this to increase my skills, so if there is anything I could read I would highly appreciate this.

Yes, there probably is a way. You can export your private keys from one wallet and import them into the other wallet. The Bitcoin will show in both wallets because both know the keys. But if you get rid of the wallet you don't want anymore the one you do want will still know the keys. Bitcoin aren't physical things stored somewhere. They are access to information stored on the blockchain. For more information check out the tutorials and education posts on my site.
