My BCC wallet is receiving this error since yesterday.

"Could not update wallet: Error querying the blockchain"

Try to install recover on other devices also showing same messeage.

What should I do now?

The was a small problem yesterday that caused users not to be able to access there wallets but this has been fixed now.
Not sure if it's the same problem you are having though, is it working now?

I am also having this problem.

Since I only have one device I saved my wallet phrase and removed the app from my phone. I reinstalled it and now its saying that my wallet phrase is invalid?

I made sure to check over my wallet phrase about 5 or so times, so I'm adamant that the phrase is correct. Please help!

I have been having this problem when trying to check the wallet balance with the same error message:
"Could not update wallet: Error querying the blockchain"
I have attempted to reinstall and import backup and I get a message
"Could not import: Error querying the blockchain"

Not really sure what else to try now.

Edit: just tried to import again, not sure what changed but it's working now.

Update the service URL to https://bwscash.bitcoin.com/bws/api

From your setting > choose your wallet > More options then update to above url

Newly has installed today the app for iOs and created a new btc wallet with exactly same error
I've same eror when trying to import my btc personal wallet.

I recieved this answer from support:

Unfortunately the Bitcoin.com wallet is experiencing a server side problem for our BTC wallets, the error users will see is "could not update wallet. error querying the blockchain"
This is only a problem for Bitcoin Core (BTC) wallets, no Bitcoin Cash (BCH) wallets are affected and users can transact BCH as usual.

The wallet developers are aware of the issue and working to resolve the problem as soon as possible.

We are sorry for any inconvenience caused.
