Well, I tried to sell one thing there and got negative answer about 3 month ago. But you still can try it out, I think this kind of item is just for them. And I dont think they are worrying about some legal stuff Anyways, try it out, you have nothing to lose.

Also, there is a forum for Bitcoin users that is most popular in former USSR countries:
