What book are you reading?

I know this sounds like one of the stupid off topic threads you see on the other forum so members can earn signature rewards but I am genuinely interested in knowing what people are reading, I think it tells a lot about a person.

List a max of 3 books you have read recently and a very brief description on what they were about.

I have a pretty wide range of reading interest.
My last 3 are:
1) Outlaws inc by Matt Portter (non fiction)- about arms trafficking from the old Soviet union.

2) Richard Branson, losing my virginity- Autobiography so self explanatory.

3) Stupid White Men by Michael Moore- about the stupidity of some Americans, their even more ridicules laws and much more (still reading)

It was a 2014 xmas gift that i still hadn't read so thought i better check it out.
It was a good read.
What have you got aginst Branson, you wouldn't read his book if you received it as a gift?

Prometheus Rising is a book that I keep with me most of the time. The book explores how the human mind works and gives you tasks at the end of each chapter to test yourself. The idea is that by learning how your and other peoples minds work you can get the most out of life.

My favorite task was spending a Sunday smoking weed and watching animal planet, then examining social cues in an office setting the next day. It's pretty cool stuff, page 84 exercise 7 if you think I'm full of shit. PDF Link

I'm almost done with Keith Richards' autobiography, Life - pretty interesting read but I will say I was expecting a bit more craziness and a lot more detail and insight into the Stones' tours and such would've been really cool.

I'm also re-reading Lords Of Chaos, it is a really well-written and in-depth look into the Norwegian black metal scene and the murders and church burnings which took place in the 90s. I'm a longtime metal fan but never have gotten into much from the black metal bands, this book is a very good read though and very interesting, regardless if you're a fan or not.
