Pending Coinbase Transaction 24 hours

Hi,

I tried sending some bitcoin's a little over 24 hours ago. I have 0 confirmations, and there is no sign of progress. It says Clear: 02.18.18 Does that mean I have to wait another 2 days? If so why is it taking so long? This is the first time trying to send money with coinbase. Could that be the reason? I tried contacting the coinbase support, but they are no help whatsoever. It doesn't even look like Coinbase has broadcast the transaction yet.
