Hi All,

I have lost USD 2000 using buy.bitcoin.com . I made a transaction on 01/01/2018 that day I made 3 transactions in total one from coin mama and other 2 from buy.bitcoin.com using 2 credit card and one transaction from simplex gone missing and I have exchanged around 50 emails to simplex support team.. they keep on copy and pasting the standard stuff but not investigating the where the transaction has gone...

You've probably already done this but please check the Bitcoin (BTC) address that you used to receive your purchase from Simplex by searching the BTC address on explorer such as, though not limited to, https://blockchain.info/

Are able to see a transaction for the amount of BTC that you purchased from Simplex? If not, Is there a chance that you may have used a different BTC address?

01/01/2018 seems like a long time.
