Purchased $1500 of bitcoin on credit card

Yesterday I purchased $1500 USD of Bitcoin on credit card. I supplied all the required documents and received the "transaction being processed" message.

I have yet to see any action in my Coinbase wallet.

Charge to my credit card shows complete
I have multiple support request into Simplex but no reply.
Where is my coin?

I have searched https://blockchain.info by my address and only shows a previous transaction.

Does it eventually get processed, or timeout?

The service on https://buy.bitcoin.com is provided by Simplex.com. If you have not received your bitcoins from them, or have any other issues regarding that service, please contact support@simplex.com.
