Hello, im a crypto investor, at the moment i want to figure out how to turn my "physical Company" into a "Crypto Company". What does it mean? I want to create a Coin for my company, after that release an ICO, and then turn my App which is in the App Store and Google Play into a Dapp on any Blockchain Platform (Example: Ethereum) to therefore expand globaly. How can i do that?

You'll either have to learn how to do it all yourself or have others do it for you.

Moreover, please ask yourself is there a reason(s) to create a coin for your company? What will be the utility of the coin? Or will the coin back something? How will it be used? Who will want to use it?

Lastly, do you have the time, the money or the ability to convince others to work for free (to be paid later with your coin)?

You mentioned Ethereum. Maybe you could create an ERC20 token.

Here's an erc20 token which people bought even though the creator specifically indicated that the token was useless and worth nothing:

You're going to give some random person on the internet money, and they're going to take it and go buy stuff with it. Probably electronics, to be honest. Maybe even a big-screen television. Seriously, don't buy these tokens.

Also, an alternative to a ERC20 token might be Colored Coins.

I read about the idea a couple of years ago and I believe it's coming back. I believe that Bitcoin Cash (and the low transaction fees) might make Colored Coins possible now.
