Many years ago....I would estimate 2001 I setup my computer to mine bitcoin. I don't remember any details. I abandoned it due to processor usage and never looked back. Somewhere out there I have some amount but no idea where. Does anyone know the first stepto try to recover my account? Any clue what I would have used in 2000 or 2001 for mining? Thanks. Odds are I don't evenhave the same email address anymore I would have used to register. Grrr. Frustrating knowing I may have some out there.

Maybe you have the years mixed up because Bitcoin didn't exist back then.
