(1) You may sweep the Bitcoin Cash (BCH) into a Bitcoin.com wallet (the wallet supports both Bitcoin and Bitcoin Cash). You may download a BItcoin.com wallet here: https://wallet.bitcoin.com/

After you've installed the application you may then tap/click on 'Scan' on the bottom of the screen and then scan your paper wallet (i.e., private key QR code).

(2) Bitcoin.com wallet does not support Bitcoin Gold (BTG). Please be very careful when searching for a wallet which support Bitcoin Gold. There are several sites and software designed to steal your private key. I suggest using the Exodus.io software wallet (desktop). Exodus.io just added support for Bitcoin Gold a few days ago so I'm not sure if their import and sweep feature works yet for BTG (it does for BTC and BCH).

Paper wallets are a real hassle, just use import in Trezor from priv key.
