Wallet transaction history wont update

Hi there wondering if anyone can help me, I went to my local bitcoin atm entered £250 which it then asked me to scan my bitcoin.com wallet on the screen to receive the funds. I scanned the the screen and it then printed me a receipt off, I have checked on the blockchain and it has been sent yet I have nothing in my wallet.

Please help don’t wanna just lose my £250

Hello, please check your address on an explorer such as, though not limited to, https://blockchain.info/

Do you see a BTC balance? If so, is it still not showing up in your Bitcoin.com wallet?

If not, please see: https://walletsupport.bitcoin.com/ (most common mistake is: I accidentally sent BTC to my BCH wallet)

IVE checked on blockchain and it says a balance. An address shows up on my bitcoin wallet at 12.49 when I done it but still nothing. I have followed those steps and still nothing

Are you able to locate 19NFhqPXa3ab1zf9BxiBYMZtcasnn7jKZ9 (i.e., the address with the 0.01920537 BTC) within your Bitcoin.com wallet?

Please do the following:

1) Go to Settings > [Select your BTC wallet]

2) Tap on "More Options"

3) Select "Wallet Addresses"

4) Tap the "+" to the right of "Unused Addresses". Do this repeatedly until unable to generate more addresses

5) Tap on "View All Addresses"

You will now be able to see all of the BTC wallet addresses associated with your wallet below. The addresses with an amount in green shows the amount that is available to spend in that particular address.

Please let us know if you see the address 19NFhqPXa3ab1zf9BxiBYMZtcasnn7jKZ9

Please also check your BCH wallet. Are you able to see 19NFhqPXa3ab1zf9BxiBYMZtcasnn7jKZ9 within?

If not, where did you get that address from? Did you delete a wallet at some point?

If you cannot see the address in the View All Addresses" page of your BTC wallet history then this address was not generatord by your Bitcoin.com BTC wallet.

Please repeae the steps above replacing BTC with BCH to check if the address (19NFhqPXa3ab1zf9BxiBYMZtcasnn7jKZ9) was generated by your BCH wallet.
If you find the address in your BCH wallet then this means that you have accedently rewuested the BTC to your BCH wallet and you will need to create a "BTC recovery wallet"
