The Davorcoin ICO is set to start in just 6 days, with the success of recent lending platform token sales this one is sure to sell out quickly.

What is Davorcoin?

They're launching a new decentralized cryptocurrency, the new currency will also users to transfer funds similar to how bitcoin works. Users will be able to send funds to friends and family or make payment for goods and services from participating businesses.
The main part of the new cryptocurrency that users will be interest in however is their lending platform which promises to pay up to 48% interest per month.

The rise of cryptocurrency and ICOs

There's been a huge rise in the value of cryptocurrency this year, the total market cap now stands at over $170 billion, it looks sure to keep on rising as more and more users become aware of how cryptocurrency works. Bitcoin still leads the way, however coins and tokens such as Ethereum have seen massive gains in value this year too.
Initial Coin Offerings (ICOs) have also seen a huge rise, there's now been over $2 billion raised in just 2017 alone, many businesses now see it as a better way to raise money over more traditional methods of funding.

The Davorcoin lending platform

The new platform states on their website that the lending platform will pay users up to 48% interest per month. They claim to be able to do this by using a cryptocurrency trading bot that trades Bitcoin, the amount of interest you receive will depend upon the volatility of bitcoin. They offer 5 different investment options, the platform also offers bonuses if you wish to lock in your investment for a longer period:

$101-$1000: Investors receive variably interest based on the volatility of bitcoin, capital is returned after 299 days.
$1001-$50,000: Investors receive the volatility interest with a 0.1% bonus, return of capital after 239 days.
$5001-$10,000: Investors receive the volatility interest with a 0.2% bonus, return of capital after 179 days.
$10,001-$25,000: Investors receive the volatility interest with a 0.25% bonus, return of capital after 119 days.
$25,000+: Investors receive the volatility interest with a 0.3% bonus, return of capital after just 89 days.

Staking

You can also earn staking interest by simply holding the coin in your wallet, this amount will initially be set to 10% per month.

Affiliate Program

As with most of their competitors, Davorcoin hopes to attract new users by offering users a chance to join their referral program. Doing so will offer a 8% bonus on level 1 sign ups to their lending platform, with additional bonuses paid down to level 5.

Conclusion

Any investment offering to pay you upwards of 1% per day is going to be risky so please proceed with caution. I personally see it as a good calculated risk due to the previous lending platforms that have come out. Bitconnect has risen in price from just $0.5 to upwards of $200 per coin, with a huge market cap of over $1.5 billion. More recently Regalcoin rose in price from less than $1 to over $80 per token.

I think many of it come down to how we see the platform and lending system. Is it yield a very high return? Yes it it. Is there is any risk involved? Anything that yield high return always have at least moderate if not high risk. Do I want to be part of it? Yes I do, who does not want high return of investment. Will I use all my life saving to invest in this? Definitely not. Do you think this is a scam? ask yourself this, do you think gambling in Las Vegas casinos considered being scammed? hehe

If you are interested and wanted to invest in it. Please always go to official website for registration and log in to avoid being scammed or hacked. Also remember to make sure you have active lending in order to receive any referral incentive.
