Bought coins, but no coins and e-mails(confirmed)

Hi. I'm Byoungmin Yu, from Republic of Korea.

I have used your website to buy bitcoins for several times, and had no problem.

But just few minutes ago, the pop-up message saying 'amounts above your card limit' showed up and

couldn't by bitcoins.

The problem is, my card limit was not lower than the amount I tried to buy,

and my credit card is charged for that as I can see it on the internet bill.

Also, any of your bitcoins did not arrived to my wallet.



Please let me know what's going on with my payment.
