Bitcoin Transaction Issue

Hello,

Just like similar recent posts on this topic I had the same issue. I decided to buy bitcoin for the first time on the 9th of January. However, I still have not received any bitcoin in my wallet. The transaction seems to be successfull because I have the simplex timestamp on my bank statement.
Also, I've checked the other posts in this section and couldn't find a solution for any of them.
I tried to the check the transaction on https://www.blockchain.com/ and there the transaction doesn't seem to be registered for my account/wallet. That being said could I have written the wrong wallet address? What are my options from now on? Should I wait any longer and who can I contact?

Problem solved. Turned out I had to refresh a few times my bitcoin addresses.
