Thanks for the update, and I appreciate the transparency. And I appreciate that you always address concerns professionally. I don't envy the position you're in.Sorry, I've been too busy to read this forum thread. I'll try to be as transparent as possible. If there's something that needs my immediate attention, please email pool@bitcoin.com
The auto-withdrawal system uses batched transactions. Maybe Coinbase has trouble seeing batched transactions. Can you guys please look into the coinbase issue? I am sure it is all on their side, but all the payouts I had to them are not showing. Others have seen this as well. I changed to a personal wallet, and no issues at all, but I have like .8 bch out there somewhere......
If anything would be good info for those coming in to know not to send to them till its fixed. Coinbase bout done pissed me off. No support whatsoever.

> Underpaying BTC mining fees.
I just increased BTC block reward to 120%. This is more in line with what ViaBTC is paying now. I'm working on a system to automatically adjust the block reward like ViaBTC so I don't have to keep manually changing it.
> underpaying BCH @ 98% block reward
That's not underpaying. We are the highest paying BCH pool in the world. ViaBTC and BTC.com pay about 96% BCH block reward.
Most of our hashrate is in the USA.If China plans to shutdown mining, is there any canary to warn users of such an event to move coin.
Will lifetime contracts migrate to your US mining rigs? What is your contingency plan for a china mining ban?

Here we are, a week into January. So.... another 4 weeks? How long will this go on?Lifetime plans should be back in stock towards the end of this month

I'm even willing to sell at $680/TH but so far no one has been interested to be honest. And I doubt the market will be launched any time soon..Guys, considering the lifetime contracts shortage since months I'm not sure you should try to sell your contracts for less than the current price (999$) as you are doing. As zowki says, demand is way too high for the supply. Nothing says lifetime contracts will be available again nor available soon. Moreover, contracts prices are regularly increased, and even at crazy prices for us, the 1 year contracts were sold out in days. Besides, if the market opens, prices may increase even more as it was the case with ViaBTC with totally crazy prices on their contract market ! My 2 cents…
no they just reupdated their announcement to "TEMPORARY". they will change back from 50% to 6% very soon, as soon as their moved and placed asic miner to other countryViaBTC has performed scam regarding its cloud mining. I hope Bitcoin.com will behave more fair.
What has done ViaBTC?
Step 1. They increase electricity fees by 50%
Step 2. They announce closure of market while actively performing buyback of THs (price dropped from 0.25 to 0.11 bch)
Step 3. They increase management fee from 6% to 50% and offering redemption of Ths per 300$.
SCAMMERS!
LOL, you believe that? Ok, there's nothing more permanent, than 'temporary'

You said that most of your hashpower is in USA and I believe that lifetime contracts are the ones you have most. And now suddenly all those machines lie in China. Bullshit!! That hashrate still shows up in pool stats.. On US servers! Give us back our BTC!Bitcoin.com Lifetime Contracts Paused, Full Refunds Available
Due to regulations in China regarding Bitcoin mining, we are moving our mining equipment out of China. Unfortunately this means that we need to pause all lifetime mining contracts until the transition is completed.
Only lifetime contracts are affected. Other contracts, such as 1 year or 6 month mining contracts, are located in the USA so are not affected.
You have two options at this time:
Receive a 100% full refund of your initial USD cost (paid in BCH at current exchange rate). Your contract will permanently end if you chose a refund.
Pause your contract from January 18th until approximately April 30th while we move our hardware to a data center outside of China.
Refunds are available now, and can be requested until our hash rate is back online.
To receive your full refund, please go to your purchased contracts page, click on your contract, then click "Refund" to complete the process.
If you prefer your contract to be paused until our hash rate is back online, no action is required.
We thank you for your patience and understanding.
