Thank you for your question. The decision to engage in the mechanism of a token crowdsale was made after much consideration and an appreciation of our (Cappasity) long term Goals and strategy. We believe content will drive the mass market adoption of this revolutionary technology. The examples of FaceBook et al has taught us content delivered to a platform, by the user base, is a very value giving model. Creating lasting value has also ascribed consideration to our family of contributors as creating a platform and ecosystem of lasting value requires use and support of the 3D community.

The use of BlockChain is by choice. We believe a decentralised ‘trustless’ ledger with an inherent immutability makes sense for almost all things so we believe it is a good use here. There is also the question of cost saving with a decentralised ledger as legacy systems are built on trust and therefore have plethora of ‘oversight’ costs built in for the system to operate as designed.

The model of a Crowdsale of a utility token makes sense also for the building out of the 3D marketplace. There is already substantial development value in the production capability of the Cappasity platform today. The Crowdsale will fund the building of the marketplace ecosystem and will capture and commercialise everything that comes after that. This is a nascent industry, developing a Token, specific to trade in its growing value just makes sense! This, we believe, represents as stronger case as any, for the issuance of a utility token.

We’ve been collecting information from government regulators and non-government advisory boards, and, based on what we’ve learned, we’ve decided to make some changes to our crowdsale campaign going forward. The management team believes these changes represent an opportunity for Cappasity to create a brighter future in the market we are set to revolutionize.

1. We want to give U.S. citizens the opportunity to take part in our crowdsale, so we have decided to offer our tokens to U.S. accredited investors under Rule 506(c) of the Securities Act. Our lawyers are now preparing a SAFT, private placement memorandum and a number of related documents. This is good news for Cappasity.
As you know, in most cases, U.S. citizens cannot participate in token sale events. We will include U.S. citizens and comply with U.S. regulations.

2. To provide our early token participants with a clearer understanding of what their early contributions are going toward, we have decided to attach our crowdsale targets to the project's milestones. The marriage of the ‘crowdsale targets’ with ‘project milestones’ will unambiguously show off the project’s maturation and ongoing success. We believe this change will earn the support of early and later contributors alike.

We have divided our token crowdsale event into two phases. Phase 1, launch date October 25, 2017, represents a total crowdsale of the digital currency equivalent of
30 million USD. Phase 2, date to be announced in Q1 2018, will be capped at the digital currency equivalent of 20 million USD.

3. After talking with our crowdsale investors and considering the SEC’s recommendations, we have decided to make our bonus system more straightforward. The management of Phase 1 will be divided into three (3) structured Tiers. These tiers correspond to ongoing development goals and milestones, as articulated in the Cappasity White Paper. The tier system is based on our Whitelist Application protocol and works like this:

- TIER 1: $10M – 10% Bonus
- TIER 2: $10M – 5% Bonus
- TIER 3: $10M – 0% Bonus
Additional bonuses: $100K-$300K – 5%, >$300K – 10%

Our motivation to make the changes was to ensure the best possible crowdsale event. We have spent some extra time examining the details and discussed the changes with our legal team. Due to the changes and the time spent making them, we will be moving our token sale launch date to October 25.

We are sure that everyone who believed in us is pleased with the result. What do we expect to happen next? The GROWTH of the token price! Why is that?

We are going to accept Cappasity tokens on the Cappasity platform starting from December 17, 2017. We also plan to unlock tokens for the US crowdsale participants before Christmas to allow them to participate in trading. I hope you all remember that Cappasity Token is a utility token, so it is the only payment equivalent that will be used for all transactions on the Cappasity platform – the first decentralized global environment for AR/VR/3D content production and exchange.

AR and VR technologies are actively developing, but their development is hindered by the lack of high-quality content and tools for the content production and embedding. Cappasity found a way to solve this problem. Cappasity’s technology allows users to create a large number of high-quality 3D images quite fast.

The Cappasity platform is a decentralized AR/VR Ecosystem for 3D content exchange. Cappasity News: new exchange, CAPP token as a payment solution for our platform and a new version of Easy 3D Scan

# New exchanges

Colleagues, as promised, we are going to tell you about our progress with the exchanges. We planned to launch our token on a couple of exchanges until the end of the year. The aim was to represent CAPP to a wide range of token buyers and attract new token holders to the Cappasity platform.

The team continues to negotiate with the Top-5 exchanges (based on CMC rating by volume), but all exchanges seem to be busy with requests, and it will take more time than we expected.

Bonuses

Rationale for Bonus scheme: Cappasity wants to promote Phase 2 of the ICO while also further rewarding Phase 1 and exchange participants.

A CAPP participant has $1000 in CAPP tokens (they bought them during Phase 1 or on the exchange, but before the end of Phase 2) and they buy tokens equivalent to $2000 during Phase 2. What bonus will they get?
They receive 10% early bonus + 3% guaranteed bonus (a total of 13%). No extra bonus will be added as they purchased tokens only equivalent to $1000 during Phase 1 or on the exchange (the first tier starts from $5,000).

The example, including early Bird bonus:
A CAPP participant has $5000 in CAPP tokens (they bought them during Phase 1 or on the exchange but before the end of Phase 2) and they buy tokens equivalent to $2000. What bonus will they get?
10%+ 3%+2% = a total of 15%. The bonuses are calculated and added based on the amount of tokens that they bought during Phase 2 (they were equivalent to $2000).

The formula: the total number of tokens that a participant will receive= a number of purchased tokens during Phase 2 * (100% + % bonuses)

Monday/Tuesday the Cappasity Team will announce a new exchange and a commitment to support the listing with a marketing push. The time between announcement and release is to ensure the market endeavor gains traction and hopefully ushers in positive sentiment in respect of the crypto market generally. The Team believes in working with momentum - not pushing against it, so it is deemed strategic to keep our ‘Gun Powder’ dry another couple of weeks to ensure larger and appropriate 'bang for Buck.' Almost impossible to argue against!
