Bitcoin purchase not successful in buy.bitcoin.com sometimes. Amount gets re-funded to my account

Tue Jan 09, 2018 6:49 pm

In buy.bitcoin.com Today I have been trying to purchase BITCOINS using my card, the payment was successful and amount got deducted from my account. Within few seconds, i received mail from simplex stating that "Your payment request from has been declined." and another note has been mentioned "Note that we do not disclose the cause of declined payments." - If simplex is not ready to "disclose the cause of declined payments" then how come as a user i will be able to know the reason. If i get the reason only, i will be able to correct that mistake and able to do successful bitcoin purchase transaction as per buy.bitcoin.com rules
Important thing is that i already did multiple transactions using the same card and ID proof. those payments are successful, and i have received my bitcoins to my wallet also successful.
Today alone, my payment request gets declined three times. :(

This is not the first time my payment gets rejected. sometimes payments gets successful. sometimes its getting rejected

Is there some people in forum can help on this.

How to overcome this issue.

You can try to buy bitcoins on another resource. RIght now it's not hard to buy bitcoins, the main thing is not to get involved with swindlers. THere are lots of them now on the web.

There are ,any resources where you can get bitcoin. If a person doesn't trust different resources, then he or she can register on a stock exchange and buy one of the presented cryptocurrencies.
