bought bitcoin simplex took the money.....no bitcoins

Hey there,
I´m new to that bitcoin issue....I bought bitcoins and used teh bitcoin.com side, for 300 USD and payed with simplex....but where are my bitcoins?
I´m fu****. any suggestions what I can do now?

It took about 3 days for my Bitcoin to appear in my wallet. But now when I try to spend it I get an insufficient funds message. Good luck.

I've had the same issue, bought through simplex over 6 weeks now and can't find the coins for the life of me. I've done all the proccess that everyone has mentioned by clearing the cache etc still nothing, I've email simplex and get the same response, hi traffic blah blah blah, quick to take your money but no help in getting bitcoins delivered.
