Please note that no matter what service you use (whether Simplex or another service), there will always be a limit on the amount of cryptocurrency you can buy using a credit card. I don't know of any site that makes this unlimited.
Even on Coinbase if you verify your account to the maximum tier and can buy $100,000 or more per week with your bank account, they still limit credit card purchases. This makes sense as a simple mitigation of risk, since credit card transactions can be reversed or fail more easily than bank transactions.
