HitBTC withdraw issue

Gents,
probably you've seen similar complaint about HitBTC exchange, Its includes all types, from a slow verification procedure, to coins “lost”, to not allowing withdrawals, to … basically every problem one can imagine.. Ok, this is one of them to be counted:

I deposited a BTC in the HitBTC exchange and make a couple of trades and then when I tried to withdraw, it stocked. Now it has more than 2 days. I contacted the support, opened a several tickets and contacted them through their twitter account. The quires are either not replied at all or just having a very vague reply like :.

" Please let us assure you that eventually your withdrawal will be processed successfully. There is no other way for your coins but to proceed, it's going to be alright"

After a while they start to show a TX hash but when I tried to track it in the blockchain, its shown no relevant references. Its a very delegate approach to hold your coins with them.

I hope this issue will be resolved but from what I can see over the social network, I will be prepared for the worst

I dont know how to solve the issue. I hope someelse here can. Two weeks ago i had a similar problem with hITBTC. I sent some eth, i had wanted to take advantage of the nxt airdrop. The ether reflected 3 day later and the price of nxt had already sky rocketed.
