I Bought 1,565.41 US $ of BTC, the amount was already charged from my credit card but after nearly 10 hours, i was informed that
"Your transaction has been cancelled due to changes in BTC rate.
Unfortunately, the BTC could not have been provided and we were forced to cancel your payment. Your account has not been charged"
But my account has been charged, but there's no refund, i have checked with the bank but they said nothing has been transferred.
The Simplex Support system is very poor, i have created ticket over there but no response since 12 hours
What is the solution for this kind of problem
