Bitcoin Wallet bugged

Hello,

I just bought bitcoin for the second time, and added my funds in to a wallet that I have created on bitcoin.com Wallet android app.
The first time I bought was smooth and dandy,managed to transfer them on Exchanges, but now, on my second purchase once I got notified that the amount has been transferred to my wallet, I could open my wallet anymore giving the error "Insight error" and also my transaction history won't load.
I have tried uninstalling the application and re adding the wallet back but with no success, getting the same error: "insight error"
Can someone help me?I had a considerable amount on it and I am starting to panic.

Also it asks for update, but when I click "download" it sends me on this :

Kindly retrieve the wallet. I can see my bitcoin but Shows error transaction not available this time.

There is some issue with their site, we see old version.

What is strange is that sometime it works for a few minutes then error comes back...

Right my wallet is all screwed up it is saying "unable to update wallet: insight error" i was receiving a payment which is confirmed but is not showing in my account balance at all and has vanished i can see it on bitcoin chain too can someone please tell me what is going on and how to sort this out

Yep logged on today and the bitcoin wallet just says "insight error" i've tried to google it and search on here with no due! Do you have any ideas?

I am as lost as you are mate not very happy got a fair few quids worth of coins locked in this wallet and lost £169 transfer today on top of it all

Yep ditto. Very strange why it has just suddenly happened. Hopefully someone will have some more information by tomorrow!

Seems to be a bit slow on the help around here still waiting for a moderator to step in and tell us what we need to do to solve the issue whatever you do don't uninstall the app then do a recovery one guy on another thread did that and now can't recover his coins it won't sync up

My wallet is saved on my macbook masOS High Sierra Version 10.13.2. Seems to be an issue on different systems then. Not sure if that is good or not!

Hello everyone,

I had this same error yesterday on my own wallet, it was there for most of the day but has gone now and i am able to use BTC again.
This was most likely a problem on our back end that has been fixed now.

Im just installed BitPay.. almost the same wallet. Imported my key and all good.
