So I have 19$ of bitcoin and tried to buy something for 10$ only to get the message, Insufficient Funds for Fee.. alright... so I tried to buy something for 2.4$, with a 19$ balance, and Yet again, I get the message Insufficient funds for fee.
So my 19$ is really not even 2$? This is a pretty useless service

Bitcoin Cash (BCH) works great with transactions for less than a penny.

This is why Bitcoin Cash exists. As you said yourself, Bitcoin is completely and totally useless. On the other hand, Bitcoin Cash can be used as a currency because there are practically no fees, it is instantaneous, it is permissionoess, and it is reliable.

I had a bitcoin account in 2013 and I haven’t logged in since when I recently tried to log in but have noticed the site no longer has an online wallet? There is no option for me to login like I did years back. Where is the old online wallet gone?

Your "account" certainly wasn't with Bitcoin.com.
You will need to contact whoever your "account" was with.
I would guess blockchain.info since they are the most popular wallet in the world.

Bitcoin.com has never had an online wallet in the entire history of the domain.
