Big problem in bitcoin.com

I try to buy 300usd and pay by credit card
5th jan 2018 19:23 korea time zone.
And credit card pay was succes.
And already get money from my bank acc. But web page was just showing unknown error and pop up try again.
Also i did read ather koreans was having same problem in near that time.
And i didnt get any email from bitcoin.com or what ever.
Up to now almost 2.5h. I just want my money back now.
Do not say please be patient. Who will do that in this situation????
It was my first trial buy at this web.

I will not deal with any asian sites. When I tried to buy BTC back when the price was 225$, I follow the instruction in English, then tried to buy 20 BTC, that send me to purchase page in Chinese and I give up.
did send them very nasty email about the website screw up. I did get very polite excuse answer, but by then I was fed up and got cold feet and forgot about BTC. That cost me dearly. So never again I will make the same mistake.

저도 오후 5시 경에 카드로 샀는데
An Expected error has occured 란 화면만 뜨고 Try again 이라고 뜨더니
계좌에선 이미 금액이 빠져나갔더군요. 마찬가지로 이메일로 문의해도 답변은 안오고 있는상태가 벌써 7시간째네요.
혹시 해결되셨나요?
