Backup Phrase

Dear Friends:

I am new to Bitcoin. Please I want to clarify a question on Bitcoin Backup Phrase. I have installed Bitcoin App on my PC and Phone. I created a wallet and backed up my account successfully. Now I want to use the one installed on my phone as well. Can I used the Backup Phrase for the one installed on the PC or I have to create another one.
