Still no BTC that I purchased

Hi,

I bought 0.05 BTC and completed Simplex processing (with all relevant documents) on 31/Dec/2017 at around 4:07 PM (IST) but I still haven't seen any confirmation. I did get an email saying KYC delay at the exchange but then no further updates.

How long does it take to get the BTC in the wallet? I guess 21 hrs (till now) is very long time to wait ... right?
