I have problem with my bitcoin Wallet in entering amount for send. my app is up to date. but not working
numerical pad not working . It looks like calculator and the button not working to enter amount. I tried android and windows. same problem.

i also have the same problem . i can't send money .. after giving sending address it gives a page where i need to put amount to send but i can't even type the amount . same problem as " Bitcoin.com Wallet problem when entering amount for send "

I am sorry but we have had a large volume of tickets with so many new users coming on board and are playing catch up. I have just seen this ticket come up now.

Please try "force stop" the app from your application settings, this normally helps. If you still have the problem i would suggest that you restore your wallet from the backup phrase and start again.

Hi guys . i had exactly this problem like your's . i have updated IOS and Android App and try with both of them . unfortunately had this problem that keys wont work and couldn't type amount of BTC to send to other wallets .
I tryed many ways to solve this problem and finaly find a way to solve this and send successfully . I think this problem is related to version of wallet .
First of all you must install Windows version of wallet in you PC . Now final version of windows wallet in site is 4.2.0 . its not works and have this problem too . You must download past version of 4.2.0 . The past version of 4.2.0 is 4.0.4 . You can download this version from here :

I had transfer successfully with this version . notice that if the keypad dont work again , use VPN connection and try again . It will work .
