Send bch to bch accidentally

I tried to send to a exchange instead it sent to my own bch to bch wallet please help.

It was BTC SENT TO ANOTHER BTC accidentally while trying to send to exchange.

If you have sent bitcoins to an address that does not belong to you then there is no way to recover or reverse the transaction.

If you transfered BTC to another BTC address in your wallet you should still have access to the funds.

I some how sent to my same wallet and charge me 20 percent

why use an exchange and pay them 20% ? isn't bitcoin peer to peer why can't you deal direct without charge ?
