Using Hashflare with Coinbase and PayPal - Any Issues?

This one is for my mom... We saw a video showing how, in the Coinbase User Agreement, they will freeze your account and seize funds if you use certain sites. My mom is worried that Hashflare is or will be considered to be a prohibited site at Coinbase. She wants to send her profits to Coinbase and from there to PayPal then her bank. She and I also saw a video talking about some sort of 180 day turnaround at PayPal.

What is the absolute best way for my mother to withdraw her income from Hashflare and deposit it into her checking account, with the smallest amount of restrictions, risks and fees? If she sticks with Coinbase/PayPal, will she run into any problems by using Hashflare?
