bitcoin transfer never arrived

I sent my bitcoin from bitcoin.com to coinbase and it never arrived.

When I checked my bitcoin.com account, the amount in my account minus transfer fee still shows as having been moved.

Yet nothing shows in my coinbase account.

I used my phone and took a photo of the address to send to at coinbase.

This was done over two weeks ago.

If you've contacted support at Coinbase what did they tell you?

Moreover, what's the bitcoin transaction ID (TXID)?

Lastly, are you sure that you didn't send BTC to a BCH address (or vice versa)?

My coins were in BTC..

If I did accidentally send them to BCH

Wouldn't they still show up at coinbase under BCH??

No, please don't send BTC to a BCH address.

If that's what you've done please contact support at Coinbase as soon as possible and ask them about their cross chain recovery policy.
