Import Bitcoin.com wallet in other wallets probles

I want to import my wallet in bitcoin.com to freewallet ,
but it dosen't work and i get failure error
after i asked from freewallet team they said : this is a bitcoin.com issue
can you help me?

Could you give more info?

What exactly is the error you are getting? By exporting the wallet, have you gotten the recovery seed? Some wallets use different recovery seeds to others, and I haven't heard of freewallet before. Please check. If they are incompatible, I would recommend using a different wallet, like Electrum
