Lost Bitcoins = got scammed

OMG .. my iphone powered off as i was using the wallet ( bitcoin.com wallet) - low battery .. \When my phone came back up
both my BCH and BTC wallets were empty !!

In the transactions history for both BTC and BCH it says i sent all my wallet to two addresses at the same time phone went down

Not sure where the addresses even came from - i never put them in

Seems my phones wallet sent it's BTC contents to itself maybe ?? .. i have no idea how or why !

I still trying to figure out where the address for BCH is - doesn't seem like its one of mine .. but i dont know anyone else so i am at a loss ..

DOES ANYONE know what will happen in this case .. The BTC is not in my wallet - this happened about one hour ago.
Will it come back to my own wallet ? ?

Im new to this so very scary stufff for me today ..
I never clicked send or anything - it was just gone after my iphone came back up ..

i am so discouraged
Just before Christmas .. cant believe my own bad luck

The address will be generated so you don't need to stay on 1 address, it's normal, do not panic.

Don't worry, your fund will be there and on the blockchain.

If you already backup your wallet, everything should be fine. You will not lose your fund.

What should i do next ? ? anyone .. i am a newbie to Crypto - these were actually my first purchases a few days back ..

When my iphone powered off because of low battery i was using the wallet app at the time.. no warning - my phone just powered down.

When my iphone powered back up all of my bit coins was lost .. there were two new SENT transactions that i never initiated.

One new SENT in the BCH wallet
One new SENT in the BTC wallet

I have never sent any bitcoin with this app anywhere - i have only received in this wallet.

The two new transactions are GREYed .. all the other ones i have - RECEIVES are all green .. is that significant ? ?

i do not know where these addresses came from as i never SENT anything anywhere - EVER ..

Does this wallet have a bug ? ? HOW COULD THIS even HAPPEN ??
Not so sure it it SAFE to use this wallet ..

i very foolishly typed in my recover code 12 words into this website thinking i would be able get Bitcoin Diamond
and my crypto balance disappeared from my BCH and BTC wallets not too long afterwards .. i feel very stupid .. i was tricked by this site into
believing one "SHOULD" enter their 12 code seed phrase

When my iphone app restarted after words there were two new transactions SENT containing basically my balance of about 2000 cdn.

i feel SO stupid ..
I guess its newbies like me that get burned - not realizing the significance of that phrase until after its too late.

Please don't make the same mistake as me..
Guess i need to get a new wallet now and not use that one anymore.

I'm sorry to hear about the loss! Yes, please don't use that wallet anymore. None of the addresses are safe - once you share that 12 word recovery phrase with anyone they can gain complete control of your wallet and all the funds in any addresses inside.

Generate a new wallet, keep the recovery phrase safe, and only enter it into trusted software on a computer you control.

Or even better, get a hardware security device like the Ledger Nano S that keeps your private keys for you. But still don't share the recovery phrase

To change you bitcoin address on your profile here go to "user control panel" and then click on "profile" enter your new address and submit

Bots are spamming "claimbcd.com" everywhere on Twitter. It is a scam.

Don't enter your seeds on a website. Always move your coins to a fresh wallet before claiming forked coins.

Giving up your seeds or private keys is like giving away your bank account number unencrypted and unprotected, totally exposed!

Never enter your seeds or private keys on some random website.
