How did this guy give you the 100 bitcoin? Did he send the bitcoin to your bitcoin address? Or did he give you some information on paper or a hard drive or something?

If you do have something please be careful what you post here (or anywhere). Do not post private key.

You won't be able to find out anything if that's the only info you have to go by.

You will need to at least know what wallet you had the bitcoins sent to. You will need the password and access information to that account or the backup seed.
No email address will help you locate the bitcoins.
