Purchased Bitcoin through App but nothing received

Hi - 4 days ago I purchased funds through the Bitcoin.com wallet app under 'Buy Bitcoin' - went through Simplex etc and made the purchase (checked all details and were correct) but still haven't received anything in to my wallet. I have contacted Simplex who will only give me the 'would love to help etc' generic message and referred me back to Bitcoin (who you can't contact) - have I just thrown my money in to the ether?! How do I find my funds? I am 100% sure I entered the correct address - Simplex approved it all and took the cash... what am I missing here?

Just give it some time. It takes awhile for it to show up in your wallet. I don't think it's lost. Thanks.

Thanks for the reassurance, it's my first purchase and read it takes 24hrs max to go through - it's now 4 days. Is this normal?

Well that seemed to have fixed itself but status is ZERO still - have checked on Blockchain and transaction went through ok but not showing up in my wallet on the App... still confused

Could you post the transaction here? That will help us understand your problem. If the transaction has been sent and you can see it on the blockvhain, that means that there is a problem on your side.

Could you take a screenshot of your wallet? I have a couple of hunches on what is going on.

1. Your wallet is set to receive Bitcoin Cash
2. Your wallet cannot communicate with any nodes
3. You provided the wrong Bitcoin address to Bitcoin.com

On my first payment I had the bitcoins in few minutes now it takes days...
