Bitcoin.com wallet app issues

Hey all! Hope all is well.

So I just recently moved the majority of my BTC/BCH over to a bitcoin.com wallet(s). But am having some issues.

First, I use the app from my phone and my PC. The android app shows the correct amount in each respective wallet. But when I look from my PC it shows a zero balance in my btc wallet.

Next, both apps are setup for notifications. Email and push on Android and email on PC. however, I have never received any notification via email or otherwise from any transaction I've made.
Making me a little uneasy that this app seems to be buggy.

Any insight to this? Thanks group....

You likely setup your two wallets with different 12 word seed phrase? Did you write down your 12 word seed phrase when you installed both wallets?

Also for me notifications on my ios wallet work off and on.

Interesting moment. I doubt they're scammers. You should try contacting support.
