Blockchain.info and BCH balance gone

I used to be able to see my bch balance in blockchain.info by going to settings then general , but now the link to view your bch balance is gone. I’m going to assume my funds are still there. I recently bought a trezor wallet. My question is can I transfer all my btc to trezor then extract my bitcoin cash from there or do I have to do it beforehand? If I have to do it before , what’s the best way to do that? Any guidance would be appreciated.

I had the same thing happen to me. I had almost 8 BCH coins in the settings/general page and I could see them at the bottom. Then I received an email saying Blockchain now had BCH wallets and I logged in to check it out and now I can't see the coins. I've sent three request since 12/16/17 and no response. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Glad to know that it’s not just me. I’m going to keep trying to find a solution and will keep you posted. If you figure something out, let me know. When you contacted support, did you include your wallet ID #? I didnt submit a support request because I don’t feel comfortable doing that.

I’m so happy! I got my bitcoin cash! Heres what you do:
1. Go to blockchain.info and Get your private key . You can get it thru settings, but if you have a blockchain wallet you wont be able to get it there. You will need your original paper wallet which has your wallet address and your private key.
2. Get a coinami wallet for bitcoin cash. If you dont have an android you can download the wallet via ur desktop using bluestacks (tutorials on you tube).
3. Once you have ur btc cash wallet created, click on the 3 blue dots at top of wallet and click sweep wallet
4. choose receive with bitcoin cash and type in your private key u got from blockchain. Hit next
5. Boom! there is your cash
6. I repeated this process to get my bitcoin gold too.
7. Create a bitcoin gold wallet and do the same thing using your same private key
