How to move BTH from paper to bitcoin.com wallet

I have some bitcoin cash on a paper wallet and I just downloaded bitcoin.com's wallet. I can't see how to import or sweep from the paper wallet to the software wallet.

Can someone point me in the right direction? Thanks!

You should be able to sweep by tapping on the scan icon on the bottom of the application screen.

Could you clarify what iPad wallet it is? If it is bread wallet, I am pretty sure they use the same private key seed. But you'll have to clarify.

It's the Bitcoin.com Wallet installed on my iPad. But my BCH Wallet won't get imported/back up to my Bitcoin.com Wallet on my desktop. When I enter the 12-word pass phrase, it says in red color "cannot connect to server". That makes me nervous bec I might not be able to restore my BCH in case my iPad gets lost.

If your computer is giving an error that it cannot connect to the server, it a problem with your computer, not the wallet. Try generating your own BCH wallet on the desktop app. If I am not mistaken, it should also give you that error.

Now then. Onto the solution. I am not 100% sure regarding what's wrong, since there are a million reason why your computer cannot connect to the server. I'm going to skip past the basic things, like your computer not being connected to the internet at all.

1. Check your firewall allow bitcoin.com wallet to bypass it
2. Check your antivirus
3. Reinstall the bitcoin.com wallet on your desktop
4. Try using a different desktop in your house
